Job Description
1. Provide emergency treatment to sick and injured patients. 2. Assist and coordinate injured employee to accredited hospital in case of emergencies 3. Issuance of Fit to work clearance. 4. Coordinate with safety officer for the investigation report of the accident. 5. Responsible for the preparation of Annual Physical Examination for regular employees. 6. Implement department plans and programs related to health and safety 7. Enroll new regular employees to Life and Health Insurance provider. 8. Responsible for Insurance Billing. 9. Update Life Insurance and Health Insurance Masterlist 10.Maternity Benefits processing
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must be a registered nurse
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required in this position
• Goal Oriented,creative and result driven
• Good communication skills and flexible
• Must be willing to work at LISP 1, Barrio Diezmo, Cabuyao, Laguna
