Provides effective and quality healthcare services to employee on a timely manner.
Establishes and provides health, medical and safety related activities and program.
Monitor and process employee for Annual Medical Examination.
Treat injured workers and asses job health hazard.
Assess and determine the health status of the employee through administration of "Fit -to-Work" clearance.
Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine.
Assists ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
Prepares routine reports and correspondence.
Responsible in monitoring and safekeeping of medical records.
Other related tasks that can be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior.
