Job Responsibilities:
Attends to sick employee's emergency/first aid needs. Dispenses medicine to sick employees after proper assessment and documentation. Run routine checks of medicine to ensure that all stocks are updated.
Manages company health, medical, and hospitalization benefit programs and services.
Maintains and monitors employee health records & medicine inventory.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual OHS reports to DOLE and ensure on time submission.
Schedules, monitors, oversees, and follow-ups the release of employee's food handlers' permit/health certificate.
Coordinates with LGUs and other third-party vendors for potential programs and activities that can be implemented in the Company.
Participates in the company health, safety, and workplace health promotions programs.
Spearheads the procurement of needed medical equipment and supplies.
Prepares attendance/timekeeping reports for payroll purposes.
Provides support to HR like administration of gov't related benefits, recruitment and arranging company events.
Attends to individual employee(s) inquiries pertaining to timekeeping, benefits, company rules and regulations, employee programs, etc.
Assists in other functions as may be assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Must be a registered Nurse
Strength should be in occupational/industrial nursing.
Has OHNAP/BOSH certification
Experience in handling benefits related to HMO, life insurance and government mandated benefits
