Job description
Support / drive the development of company safety policies and programs
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
Initiate and organize training of employees and executives
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker's compensation claims
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
in charge with the provision of general first aid when necessary
Evaluate employee health risks
Other HR Task (if needed)
Qualifications and Competencies
Has graduated a four year course of Nursing
Has passed the Board Exam and is a registered Nurse
At least 1 year related experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Computer literate and good communication skills
Flexible, fast learner, open minded, hardworking and has good interpersonal relations, and result-oriented
Team player, committed to work, honest, team player and willing to work under pressure
