A company nurse, also known as an occupational health nurse, maintains a healthy and productive work environment. He/she is responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery and assisting injured employees. He/she also engages the employees in planned programs to promote a healthy lifestyle and proper work-home balance.
Duties and Responsibilities:

-Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed
-Record patients' medical information and monitor vital signs
-Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work
-In case of any accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital
-Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit certificate
-Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine results
-Organize regular medical examinations of all employees
-Enroll candidates for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Group life insurance on a regular timely basis, mostly once in one or two months
-Monitor absence patterns especially AWOL and visit employee home if needed
-Prepare medical reimbursement report each month
-Prepare purchase or requisition of medicines as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies
-Conduct regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies
-Creates health and safety awareness among employees
-Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
-Engage in research activities related to nursing
-Act as one of the members of the Health and Safety Committee
-Performs general affairs tasks and activities such as coordination and processing of documents
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management or the company doctor

-Registered/Licensed Nurse
-Open to Fresh graduates
-Preferably completed the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) training- (Not required)
-Excellent in written and oral communication skills

Must be a Registered Nurse with an updated license
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to the Resident Doctor/Human Resource Manager.
Work Schedule:
Shifting schedule (morning, mid-shift and night shift)
The hours of work will be such number of hours determined by the Company, within Monday-Sunday. Given the expectations of hours of operations of the work in the Philippines Service Delivery Center, your workday will often not be during core business hours. The work schedule may vary from time to time depending on the needs of the company. Regular rest days are expected not to always fall on a Saturday or Sunday. It is also expected that due to the nature of our business, form time to time you may be required to work on occasional additional hours. You will be eligible for overtime pay, all in accordance with the law, to recognize such occasional additional hours.
