Monitors weekly inventory of medicines
Request and keep up medicine readily available for use.
Prepares Annual Medical Report required by the Department of Labor.
Receives and Screens medical and physical examination of all employees.
Conduct Health seminars pertaining to maintaining of good health and proper hygiene of employees.
Administers first aid treatment among employees as the need arises.
Participates in the activities of Safety and Canteen committee within the organization.
Issues and process Health Card of regular employees, including reimbursement and claims.
Monitors canteen sanitation.
Monitors Janitorial activities and area of assignment in coordination with immediate superior
Verifiies the filing of sick leave of employees in coordination with immediate superior
Issues the medical referal and list of requirements during company orientation
Screens the medical certificates presented by employees.
Other duties that may be assigned to you by which you will be given appropriate training.
