DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performed first aid treatment and follow up care.
Performed office work, excellent internal and external costumer services and inventory of supplies needed for the company's medical clinic
Maintained a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic
Administered prescribed medications and treatments
Prepared equipment and aided physician during treatment and examination of patient
Facilitate monthly Employee Wellness Program (EWP) to employees in providing awareness and encouragement to aim a healthy lifestyle.
Scheduled employees' Annual Physical Examination with our HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) provider.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Nursing (LICENSE REQUIRED)
Preferably from Tarlac and/or Willing to be assigned at San Miguel, Tarlac City
With training and seminar on Basic Occupational Health and Safety (BOSH) and First Aid Training
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A warm and caring disposition.
