COMPANY NURSE
The position is responsible for performing occupational health care activities including health and wellness training and education, employee health services, and compliance and also responsible for applying basic understanding of Health and Safety practices and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Nurse with OHNAP Certificate
Perform First Aid treatment and follow up care
Administer CPR (Chest Pulse Rate)
Monitor Employees Health Status/monthly health report
Administer prescribed medication and treatments
Response to employee’s health concern, give sound advice and referrals
Flexibility and willing to be trained to work admin tasks
Experience is an advantage
Must willing to work on different shifts and weekends
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides proper medication to employees
Keeps and updates employees’ health records
When accident arise, injured employee must be accompanied to the hospital (if necessary)
Check and monitor the stock of medicine
Implement health program like health education
Process payment to Phil health if needed
Perform any other duties that maybe assigned by the company
Coordinates with government agencies (SSS, PHIC, etc ) in conducting orientation regarding employee’s benefits
Assists in the monitoring of office repair and maintenance
Assists in other related admin tasks
Reports to work even during off-duty, if emergency arises
One of the important member of the safety committee.
Contact ERT in case of emergencies.
Conduct Tool Box meeting together with the safety officer and operation manager
Help the safety officer in Promulgating rules and regulations for a healthy and safety workplace
Submit to the employer a report of the activities of the committee, including recommendations made.
Provide immediate first aid response to injured workers.
Keep Records of accidents and/or occupational illnesses.
Help Safety Officer in educating employees about hazard ands risk
Make Calendar of events for the Health and Safety programs.
