Job Description
Administers first aid treatments/medical procedures in all medical cases
Dispenses medicines for relief of employees' complaints as per Nurse on-Duty's instruction.
Records medicine consumption for inventory purposes.
Assists in information dissemination on health and safety.
Issues medical and dental referrals, leaves and ID gate pass to employees.
Helps in the implementation of preventive measures for occupational health and safety hazards.
Transports ill and injured employees to the hospital or home.
Assists in filing and recording of diagnosis and treatment of employee to patient's chart and keep it confidential.
Issues and files leaves of employees.
Assists the Nurse on-Duty and the Company Physician during the clinic day.
Assists in conducting physical examination to patients and applicants.
Fills up the medicine container, cotton and gauze container.
Maintains the cleanliness and sterility of medical equipments/supplies and area
Updates employees' change of status and pull-out folders of resigned employees.
Makes folders and arranges records of newly regularized employees and file.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification
Registered Nurse.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
At least attended First Aid, OHNAP, Basic Life Support of similar training
With experience in a manufacturing setup as a Company Nurse is an advantage.
