Service Quality and Operational Efficiency
Administer first aid treatments, routine blood pressure checking and provide medications for employees as needed
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential
Assist injured employees to the nearest clinics or hospitals
Schedule consultation and assist company doctor
Promote health awareness and programs in the company
Provide health updates to the employees
Monitor medicine supplies and prepare requisition
Provide medicine supplies in predetermined department or area of the company
Prepare laboratory request for pre-employment medical examination
Home visit sick employees, as necessary
Closely monitor employees on sick leave
Ensure DOLE compliance in relation to health and wellness
Prepare and process employees' government-related benefits (e.g. Sickness Benefit, Maternity Benefit, Disability Benefit, etc.)
Source out health care providers for the company's annual physical examination
Coordinate with municipal Rural Health Units with regards to sick employees
Submit monthly report to HR Manager that includes:
Health chart per department
Medical benefit usage
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Resolve or report on patients' needs or problems
Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
Continuous Improvement
Recommend process improvements on the scope of responsibility
Safety and Housekeeping
Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic by coordinating with the services department
Practices safety and ensures good housekeeping on area of responsibility
Management Systems Compliance
Awareness and compliance to policies and procedures as required by the ISO 9001 Standards
Operational Continuity
Perform other related functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Education:
Graduate of BS Nursing and passed the Nursing Licensure Examination
Skills and Competency:
50 hours of OHNAP Training
Knowledgeable of First Aid treatment
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience :
At least one (1) year experience in Industrial Nursing
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Paper / Forest Products 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
