Promote health, prevent disease, and help employees cope with illness.
Provide nursing and first aid services to employees or persons who are ill or injured on the company premises in accordance with the company policies, practices, and procedures and applicable regulations to achieve objectives of occupational health and safety services.
Assesses non-occupational illnesses occurring at work, determines the need for immediacy of treatment and gives guidance to seek care from personal health care providers.
Assists with infection control monitoring and plans, implements and evaluates company health campaign program.
Prepares and present monthly health reporting during EHS monthly meeting. EHS Team Leader; OSHA record-keeping / Wellness Program and Safety services as stipulated.
