• Responsible in attending to all employee health concerns while and during working hours
• Provides first aid treatment for minor injuries/accidents
• Receives patients and renders necessary nursing care and treatment like dispensing of the required medicines prescription of dosage
• Maintains systematic filing of medical and health records
• Prepare and submit annual report to DOLE
• Prepares monthly inventory report of medicines and other consumables
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
