The Company Nurse is under the supervision of the Human Resources and Administration Manager and is responsible for ensuring optimal quality of nursing and patient care for employees. The position also entails the effective coordination and delivery of healthcare programs or activities and ensuring that professional healthcare standards of the Company and under pertinent laws are followed.
Minimum requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
Registered Nurse in good standing and with updated PRC license;
Completed at least 50 hours training on Occupational Health and Safety conducted by DOLE/BWC-accredited training organization;
Must have at least a year of experience as healthcare practitioner/nurse in an industrial setting;
Knowledgeable in HMO related concerns and administration of government mandated benefits such as SSS and Philhealth;
Willing to be assigned in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
