Description
Responsible in ensuring that all the employees are provided with quality patient care that is in accordance with the appropriate professional and company standards; assists in the Company's compliance with the regulations of Occupational Health and Safety Administration.
• Assess the nursing care needs of the employee and provides necessary first aid treatment and medications; observes infection control precaution in the care of the employee; assesses employees returning to work with their ability to perform their job.
Inspects and ensures employees safety in the work area daily. Reports to the HR Manager any health hazard found. Facilitates and implements action to be taken.
• Provides health care teachings to manage sickness and prevent recurrence; establishes a healthy and productive work environment.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all regulatory compliance in OSHS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Nursing
With at least 2 years experience in Practice Nursing; primary Healthcare in a BPO setting
OSHA Certified
