Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
As a company nurse, an employee's goal is to improve and ensure the health of our workers. The company nurse will work hand-in-hand with the OSH committee in planning, implementing, executing, and evaluating health and safety standards of the company. The employee will be providing first aid treatment and medications to the employees, and assist them for medical needs. In addition, the employee must also be able to assist the Administrative Manager in processing government-mandated documents such as but not limited to, processing of employee's loan, and/or benefits application. Specifically, the employee needs to perform the following tasks:
• Administer first aid treatment and provide medical assistance to identified needs
• Monitor and record employee's medical condition
• If need arises, assist employee to healthcare facilities
• Maintain, update, and follow up medical records of all employees
• Secure and ensure fit-to-work of sick employees prior to reporting for work
• Prepare and generate medical expenses monthly or as per request
• Replenish medical supplies and request for additional inventory
• Conduct inventory of medicine and all medical equipment of the company
• Plans annual health and wellness activities for employees
• Assist employee in application of government benefits (loan, benefit application)
• Submit reports and/or documents to government agencies as per request
