Must be a Registered Nurse
With at least 6 months related working experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. Shall assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
1.2 Shall assists employees with their initial benefits enrolment, changes in coverage, and claim issues.
1.2.1 Process SSS Benefits (Maternity, Sickness, and Disability)
1.2.2 Accredited HMO and Group Life Insurance
1.3. Shall handle medical issues and the full scale of the benefit provided by the company from the employee assistance program to retirement benefits.
1.4. Shall be responsible for canceling benefits those employees who leave the company.
1.5. Shall performs other related payroll duties as requested.
1.5.1 Prepare and process all Monthly remittances and reports to PHILHEALTH, HDMF, and SSS.
1.6 Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month.
1.7 Shall possess a high level of trustworthiness and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
1.8. Shall contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1.9. Shall be responsible for facilitating the Monthly Birthday Celebration.
