Description
Render basic nursing care such as, but not limited to first-aid treatment, wound dressing and others
Conducts initial medical assessment of members through vital signs taking prior to actual consultation with the Retainer Physician
Provides support to the Retainer Physician during the conduct of Physical Examinations
Maintains and updates records of daily consultations and work clearances
Collects data and prepares reports on Account census and submits accordingly
Monitors and ensures ample medical supplies for the corporate clinics
Dispenses over-the-counter medicines as provided
Assists in the Annual Check-up of members and releases ACU results
Maintains and updates medical records and other pertinent documents related to the health conditions and profiles of employees
Accompanies employees to the nearest medical facility during emergency situations (unless documented permission from HR to leave the clinic unmanned in cases of only 1 nurse on duty).
Advises Member to file their Philhealth.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
*Active License
*Willing to work on a shifting schedule
*With or without experience
