Description
The Nurse is responsible for promoting the overall health wellness of employees in the organization and providing assistance for medical and dental services and other related programs offered by the company.
The incumbent of the position performs administrative tasks related to health strategies influenced by health legislation, observes health effects that may result from current work conditions and is expected to implement up-to-date health policies.
The incumbent of this position relentlessly pursues incremental process and systems improvement in his work.
1. Must at least be a graduate of Nursing course with professional license;
2. Newly-graduates (unregistered) are also welcome to apply;
3. Work experience in the same capacity is an advantage but not required.
4. benefits administration, first aid, family planning and computer literacy, which are and/or may be gained through trainings and experience inside or outside the company; and
5. Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: diagnosing skill, good interpersonal skill (informing and discussing) in English, excellent customer service skill; patient, hardworking; and willing to work on shifting schedules
