Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach all employees about ways to be more responsible in their workplace.
Ensures safety standards are met, can identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.
Administers first aid treatments and provides medications for employees as needed.
Monitors and records patients' conditions.
Secures and ensures that sick employees submit fit-to-work certificates before they proceed to their specific station/department.
Schedules and assists annual medical examination of all employees to prevent risk conditions.
Monitors absenteeism and conducts visitation at home as needed especially if the stated reason is always on health issues.
Generates medical reports every month.
Conducts inventory of medicine and other medical supplies every month and prepares purchase requests as necessary.
Implements and complies with Company Handbook and procedures including Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Certificate or Occupational Health Nurse Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) Training Certificate.
