QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be a Registered Nurse
•At least 1 year relevant experience
•Willing to be assigned in Porac, Pampanga
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
•Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents
•Provides First Aid on injured employees
•Investigates and analyzes injury trends, researches possible occupational hazards, and collaborates with safety officer
•Maintains and monitors employee health records, medicine inventory, and updates health tips on Bulletin Board
•Submits Accident Report per month to HR/Safety Officer
•Performs other duties that may assign from time to time
