Description:Overview:Snapscale is seeking a Company Nurse who provides immediate medical care, conducts health assessments, and ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The role maintains accurate medical records, manages clinic operations, and supports wellness and safety programs. The nurse coordinates with HR and Safety teams on health-related policies, employee medical requirements, and fitness-for-duty evaluations, contributing to a safe and productive work environment in a fast-paced BPO setting.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
Prepare and submit DOLE-mandated regulatory reports (WAIR - Monthly, AMR, AEDR, OSH Committee Report).
Submit consolidated reports to Operations, HR, and Finance for monitoring and recordkeeping.
Assist in other compliance-related health and safety activities (e.g., Yearly Docusign Random Drug Testing).
Employee Health Care and Medical Services
Conduct health assessments of employees and provide first aid or medical care as needed.
Validate and evaluate medical certificates submitted by employees.
Document and report patient assessments and medical interventions
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medical records of employees
Health and Wellness Programs
Facilitate and coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE).
Collaborate with the Safety Officer in developing and implementing workplace health programs and policies.
Plan and facilitate nutrition initiatives, health education sessions, and wellness assessments.
Medical Supplies and Inventory Management
Manage stocks of medicines, medical supplies, and first aid kits to ensure availability, compliance, and proper storage.
Monitor and replenish health-related materials regularly and prepare usage and inventory reports
Employee Services and Benefits
Process City Health Office (CHO) IDs for employees.
Manage and oversee distribution of HMO cards, ensuring timely release and proper documentation.
Collaboration and Administrative Support
Report directly to the HR Director/Manager for alignment with company policies.
Perform additional administrative tasks or other duties as required by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse with valid PRC license).
Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH for Nurses) or equivalent training.
At least 1 year of experience in occupational health and workplace safety.
Knowledge of DOLE-OSH standards and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Strong communication, training, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Amenable to work onsite and graveyard shift
