- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
- Monitor and record patients' medical conditions, assist injured employees to the nearest hospital, maintain medical and relevant records, secure and ensure that employees submit a 'fit to work' certificate, and interpret and evaluate diagnostic results based on the submitted medical certificates
- Schedule and assist with the annual medical examination of the company employees, plan and implement executive check-ups of regular employees, generate medical reimbursement reports monthly, conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month, maintain clinic records and reports of the company, and replenish medical supplies
- Responsible for handling and maintaining clinic equipment and supplies and performing other duties and responsibilities as required
- Strictly implement and enforce the new normal management protocols. Including the checking of temperature, making sure health checklists are being accomplished, social distancing, and wearing of facemask
Required Experience
- More than 2 years of nursing experience
Minimum Qualifications
- PRC license
- Current and updated BOSH certificate
- Current and updated Red Cross First Aid Training certificate
- Has knowledge and experience in processing/completing DOLE requirements
A Successful Candidate must have
- Strong knowledge of Occupational, Safety, and Health
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Good in MS office - especially creating reports and formal documents
- Computer literacy
