Clinic Management, monitors medical supplies needed for the company's medical clinic and issuance and monitoring of medicines for employees.
Handling emergency cases such as but not limited to COVID cases, sick employees and during calamities.
Assess the medical exam of new hire and APE (annual physical exam) result.
Discussion of health issues to the Management and during the Security, Safety and Health meeting of the company.
Ensure compliance on health-related government regulations
Organizer to yearly safety drills, blood donation, and Annual Physical Exam.
Maintain medical and other related records of employees
Performs task instructed by the Superior
Job Qualifications:
· Registered Nurse
. No Minimum experience required
· Background on employee relations
· Flexible and can do multitasking
. Amenable to work in Marilao or in QC
