Gardenia is looking for a Company Nurse who is responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery, promoting health, and assisting injured employees
Duties and responsibilities:
Assess employees' health needs and provide appropriate medical treatment
Oversee and track patient's condition and document their recovery and progress
Assist in providing first aid treatments in medical emergencies
Adhere to all relevant medical care, health and safety rules and regulations
Prepare the medical referral and coordinate it to the applicants for the instruction
Monitor the medical status of the applicants
Assist the company doctor regarding the retrieval of employees' medical documents, medical results for doctor's evaluation, and such
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must be a registered nurse and with an updated PRC card
Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing set-up
With training and/or background in Standard First Aid and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
Willing to work on a 6-day shifting schedule
Applicants must be willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
