Job Description:
Administers first aid treatment and provide medication for employees as needed
Monitors and records the patient's condition
Assist injured employees to the nearest hospital
Maintains all employee medical and other similar records
Secures and ensures that the sick employee submit a "fit to work" certificate
Interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates
Assists applicant in Physical Exam
Conducts an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
