MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for Company Nurse/HR who will be responsible for providing immediate medical treatment to the employees of the company, which includes administering first aid treatments and proper medication, hospital endorsements for cases which need advanced medical attention, and maintaining medical and other related records of all employees. They are also tasked with performing HR/administrative functions which ensures the smooth workflow of the company facilities and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing basic healthcare services to the company's employees
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace
• Monitor and update condition reports for sick employees
• Maintain all medical records of the employees
• Responsible for the reports and logbooks of Safety and Health
• Investigate, write and submit OHS incident reports as per DOLE compliance
• Assist the management in the implementation of Safety and Rules and Regulations of the company
• Other HR and administrative tasks that may be assigned
To be successful, you must have the following:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
• A registered Nurse with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
