COMPANY NURSE/HR OFFICER
Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Preferably a Registered Nurse.
Experience in a position handling all facets of HR functions.
Flexible, open-minded, and can handle pressure from top-level and down.
With strong, pleasing personality and with high level of self-confidence.
Can handle different types of individuals with a sense of urgency and can be relied on for strictly confidential matters.
Specialized in job-related wellness issues.
Job Summary:
Assist the HR-Admin Manager in providing practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice to other division/department heads on HR programs/systems and procedures.
Assist the HR-Admin Manager in the planning, development and implementation of Human Resource policies, systems and procedures.
Assist the HR-Admin Manager in the formulation, development and implementation of any manpower training and development programs in order to promote the corporate goals smoothly.
Ensure the development of any disease prevention programs, documenting employee/s injuries and illnesses in the workplace.
Assessing the work environment for potential dangers and hazards.
