Job Description
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Provide emergency treatment and first aid in the workplace.
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
Create a clean, and comfortable clinic area.
Promote health and wellness programs to employees, such as facilitating vaccination programs, and annual physical examinations.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
Attend and deliver seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management.
Ensure a COVID19 free workplace for both corporate and site personnel.
Process mandatory government benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, and Philhealth.
Process employee loans for SSS and PAG-IBIG.
Register and maintain the company HMO Benefit.
Process any employee claims from the company HMO Benefit.
Facilitating employee performance appraisals for rank and file staff.
Application of OSH Guidelines to the Workplace.
Verifies employees' medical certificate and sick leave availments.
Liaises between employees and the company doctor and dentist.
Qualifications
A PRC Registered Nurse
A BS Nursing graduate from a reputable school
Preferably with experience in processing government benefits and HMO processing and claims
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Is computer literate
Preferably with experience in the construction industry or human resources
Based in Cebu City or Cebu Province
