Nursing Functions
• Records and monitors all employees' medical records.
• Ensure availability and accountability of medicines and medical supplies.
• Provides appropriate emergency and first-aid management and medications to employees.
• Accommodates sick employees to the hospital when necessary and assists in dropping the employee home.
• Research activities pertaining or related to health and wellness development
• Responsible in engaging employees to attend health and wellness programs, stress management program and other activities that will help in promoting a good work-life balance
• Participate in the activities of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of the working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
HR Functions
• Maintains an updated and accurate employee individual record by encoding pertinent information in
manual data based.
• Takes conscious effort in securing and maintaining confidentiality of employees' records.
• Provides and ensures that all employees have a valid company ID.
• Ensures accurate reporting of timekeeping every cut-off period
• Coordinates/liaises with SSS. PHIC, HDMF, BIR and DOLE
• Coordinate APE schedule and other concerns of employees
• Confers with the HR Manager for relevant concerns affecting employees and recommends solutions to address these.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
