Job Description
The company nurse shall be responsible for monitoring employees' overall health condition through daily checking of the Health Declaration Form.
Temperature monitoring of all employees.
Assessment and referral of employees with significant symptoms.
Conduct follow up for employees who have been absent due to illness.
Perform contact tracing within the workplace.
Will be designated with other
General Affairs tasks
Can render shifting schedule (including graveyard shift)
Can render overtime.
Can work on weekends if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Nursing
- experience with HR work is an advantage but not required
- must be in excellent health condition
