Job Responsibilities
Prepares, implements and monitors annual plans and programs of the clinic including budget.
Facilitates and monitors Medical/Dental benefits of Supervisors and up assuring that all attached documents are valid and complete and gives timely and immediate advice on the proper use of the benefits.
Administers vaccination to all employees and employees’ dependents in our effort to promote good health and to decrease absenteeism among employees.
Carries out special project/program like FREE CLINIC thus maintaining rapport and providing better health to our neighboring community.
Coordinates and schedules health lectures/seminars to promote health awareness/consciousness among employees.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Compassionate, Good Interpersonal Skills, Nurturing
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
