Job Description
Provide emergency & palliative care & treatment to all employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibilities Coordinate with affilliated hospital for pre-employment and injured employee for further treatment Implement Immunization, orient employees pertaining to Health Educational Program
Responsible for issuance and control of other production supplies and PPE's to all employee Prepares employee sickness benefits and other related report in compliance to DOLE, SSS & Philhealth requirements Oversee and monitor form part of 5'S Program
Implements & monitor compliance to all procedures,policies & programs concerning IMS Performs other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior Prepare and submit personnel related reports to PEZA,DOLE, SSS, HDMF (Pag-ibig Fund) and Philhealth
Prepare & finalize memos & circulars for routing In-charge of recruitment and hiring of additional required production manpower and staff Training and orientation of employees with regards to Company Rules and Regulations
Endorsement of newly hired employees and staff to concerned department Orientation of newly hired employees regarding company policy, rules and regulations Prepare and issue disciplinary action to violators of company rules and regulations.
Preparation of biometrics / timekeeping for payroll
