Job Responsibilities:
Company Nurse Function:
Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
Plan and coordinate the annual medical examination and executive check-up of regular employees.
Responsible for medical equipment and supplies.
Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
HR Function:
Assist in the sourcing, selecting and interviewing of candidates for vacant positions for Alaminos plant.
Assist and conduct orientation for newly-hired and existing employees regarding HR systems and procedures.
Assures that all employee's records and company documentations are updated / in order and kept safely.
Ensures that all confidential records / documents or information are secured and disclosed only upon prior approval and / or in accordance with the company policy.
Performs other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Must be a registered Nurse.
Minimum of six (6) months HR experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, systematic and detail-oriented.
Can work with minimum supervision.
