Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries/accidents. If needed, must accompany the patient for hospitalization
2. Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel.
3. Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies, and in-charge of the request for replenishment
4. Responsible for coordinating with the HMO provider about annual physical exams and other employee concerns
5. The first-line healthcare provider in the workplace.
6. Keep file and updates Personnel records of employees
7. Provides clerical support to the various HRD functions.
8. Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
9. Facilitates the recruitments, selection, and deployment of new hires including probationary, project, fixed-term employees;
10. Prepares and facilitates all pre-deployment and mandatory requirements and endorses file to Corporate Office (Davao)
11. Facilitates signing of contracts and orientation of new hires;
12. Ensures entry of personnel when necessary;
13. Monitors and reports headcounts/manpower and facilitates requirements for requests for additional personnel when necessary;
14. Assist in preparation and checking of timekeeping reports;
15. Assists in facilitating incident reports.
16. Collates, transmits incident reports, notice to explain, and other documents relating to major disciplinary issues and coordinates with HR Supervisor for hearing and investigation;
17. Assists in Monthly DOLE, SSS, and PHIC Reports.
18. Monitors and prepares reports on employee movements, terminations and submits these to the HR Supervisor;
19. Other HR/Admin Task that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Male/Female
College Degree holder preferably in Nursing or other related course
Preferably Licensed Nurse
At least 6 months to 1 year experience in performing similar role
COMPETENCIES:
Must be proactive, customer-focused and effective/ efficient in time management.
Must have good written and oral communications skills.
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, MS Word and other software.
