We are looking for a Company Nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our employees. The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. The company nurse should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety programs.
 
This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work in Office (WIO) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide medical assistance to affected employees (e.g. dispensing of medicine, first aid, and escorting to hospital) as needed.
Maintain all employee's medical records.
Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate upon returning to work.
Verify submitted medical certificates.
Schedule and assist with the annual physical examination of employees.
Disseminate relevant health advisories.
Conduct inventory of medicines and other medical supplies every month.
Create/recommend programs and processes concerning employee health and welfare within one's scope of work or as instructed by immediate superior.
Provide assistance in the employees' HMO needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse
With at least two (2) to three (3) years of work experience as a Company Nurse
Willing to work in a night shift schedule or shifting schedule, if necessary
Good communication skills

Monday to Friday
