₱ 18,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
2. Ensures that sick employees are given immediate medical attention.
3. Prepares monthly clinic reports and inventory of medicines and other supplies to ensure that sufficient medical
supplies are available at the Plant at all times.
4. Assist in implementing HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws or
regulations.
5. Explains provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct.
6. Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearing as necessary.
7. Monitors compliance to the company ISO mandated procedures & reports.
8. Promotes an atmosphere of personal & professional growth among the employees directly reporting to this
function.
9. Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
10. Actively participate in maintaining a safer working environment and reports any untoward incidents to proper
responsible officer.
11. Ensures immediate dissemination and proper implementation and compliance of all Company policies, rules &
regulations applicable to its area of responsibility.
12. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
a. Male, 20-30 years of age.
b. Registered Nurse, with at least one (1) year hospital work experience.
c. Current Basic Life Support and First Aid Training is an advantage
d. ISO orientation is an advantage.
e. Good interpersonal and communication skills and leadership capabilities.
g. Good moral character.
