Roles and Responsibilities
We are in need of a Company Nurse and Safety Officer that can administer utmost care in maintaining the healthy welfare of each employee and help provide preventions of safety hazards in the workplace. This role shall provide assistance in ensuring safety protocols and a healthy working environment in the company is always at its best.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
• Secure and ensure that unwell employees are taken care of and ensure submission of a "fit to work" certificate
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
• Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
• Generate medical reimbursement report every month
• Conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
• Provides medical services (First aid, treatment)
• Plans and implements the annual medical examination and executive check-up of regular employees.
• Maintains clinic records and reports and ensures that policy on retention of said documents is implemented.
• Responsible for clinic equipment and supplies.
• Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
• Participate in planning and preventing work hazards and promote a healthy work environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Required Experience
• With at least 6 months of nursing experience
• Required with current and updated BOSH certificate
• Required with current and updated Red Cross First Aid Training certificate
Minimum Qualification
• Graduate of Nursing with valid PRC license
• With a background as Safety Officer
• Willing to work night shift
