Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Company Nurse is to administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed. The Company Nurse and Safety Officer must monitor and record patients' medical conditions, assist injured employees to the nearest hospital, maintain medical and relevant records, secure and ensure that employees submit a "fit to work" certificate and interpret and evaluate diagnostic results based on the submitted medical certificates.
The Nurse and Safety Officer is expected to schedule and assist with the annual medical examination of the company employees, plan and implement executive check-up of regular employees, generate medical reimbursement report monthly, conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month, maintain clinic records and reports of the company, and replenish medical supplies.
The Company Nurse and Safety Officer is also responsible for handling and maintaining clinic equipment and supplies and performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Experience
• More than 4 years of nursing experience
Minimum Qualifications
• PRC license
• Current and updated BOSH certificate
• Current and updated Red Cross First Aid Training certificate

• Strong analytical and planning skills
