Description
This role will be responsible for assisting and providing medical support to team members. Apart from being a Company Nurse, you will also be working closely with Human Resource, Admin and Finance for basic administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provides assistance to team members on their medical needs
May be responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health.
Ensures that there are enough medical supplies to support team members
Generates a report on consumption /usage of medical supplies
Provides recommendations on how to better improve the process of Occupational Health and Safety
Provide recommendations for medical and health concerns, needs for sending an employee home, if needed
Assists and arranges employee visit to hospital if needed
Validates Medical Certificate and reports this to Team Leader, Client Success Manager.
Collect and review and report all pre-employment medical reports of employees.
Assist in managing health, safety and statutory reporting requirements
Facilitates discussion during company events relating to Health and Safety
Works closely with Human Resource on process documentations regarding Health and Safety
Skills and Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in the field or related
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Valid PRC license
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should have knowledge in using MS Office (Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Certificate in First Aid, CPR and Basic Occupational, Safety and Health (BOSH) is a plus
