Qualifications:
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• At least 5-years experience in management or sales director position
• Superior GPA in college coursework
• Ability to work either Philippine or U.S. time zone
• Flexibility to travel
• Evidence of ability to work without supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
• Proficient in driving a car/truck
Expectations
• Manage a team of Salespeople
• Drive growth in our sales, will meet or exceed annual sales targets
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key market
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Maintain an up to date product inventory
• Provide excellent service to clients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
• Lead the company in providing our customers with exceptional customer experience.
