Main Purpose of the Job:
 
The following duties stated below are the Main Job Description and Responsibilities of a Company driver:
Maintenance of the following company vehicles in good running condition at all times:
Vehicles
Suzuki Van
Hyundai Tucson
Canter
Daily check-up (before and after driving) of the following:
B - brakes
L - lights
O - oil
W - water
A - air
G - gasoline
Keep all company vehicle/s Clean and Washed inside and out, before and after driving.
Always check (preventive maintenance), that all units are ready for use anytime.
Report and recommend to Management any major or minor repairs needed to keep the vehicles in good running condition.
Monitor usage of vehicles and maintain records in the logbook for mileage monitoring, gasoline consumption and maintenance schedule.
Submit incident/accident report to management, if any.
Deliveries, pick-ups and other job assignments will be scheduled by Purchasing or HR Dep't. or some other departments for your daily driving task.
During idle time, you are requested to help some assignments in the Warehouse Section under the supervision of the Warehouse head.
Any tasks maybe assign from time to time.
