Qualifications
Must have a PROFESSIONAL driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
Can work with minimal supervision
Knows the basic troubleshooting of the vehicle
Ability to manage time efficiently
Hardworking and willing to be trained
Can start immediately
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Drives company vehicle for Management and Office Staff and ensure their safety at all times
Drives company vehicle for employees in emergency cases
Inspects company vehicle for its safety condition before driving
Keeps vehicle clean and maintained at all times
Performs preventive and regular maintenance on vehicle like routine check-up of the vehicle to include, but not limited to, oil, break function, water, light, tire condition, and the like
Reports to the Management regarding the vehicle's condition in case of any damage and mechanical malfunction or anything unusual is observed
Must observe traffic rules and regulations at all times
Delivers/picks up important documents to/from required destination
Responsible for the monitoring of expiration and renewal of the vehicle's registration
