Group Office Executives/Visitors . FWD's VIP guests . FWD PH's Executives . FWD employees Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide transportation services to the following passengers: Group Office Executives and/or Visitors FWD PH's nominated VIP guests and FWD PH's Executives and employees 2. Coordinate closely with Corporate Services on the scheduling of his travels for the day/week 3. Facilitate airport pickups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits 4. Facilitate delivery/pick-up requests of packages/mails, etc. initiated by Exco, FWD BUs and Corporate Service 5. Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle which he is given to drive 6. Responsible for the repairs, renewal of the car's registration (LTO), renewal of car insurance of the vehicle whenever necessary 7. Responsible for ensuring the safety of the vehicle 8.
