Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily pre- and post-trip company vehicle inspections.
Maintained vehicle cleanliness on a daily basis.
Drove car to various city locations as assigned.
Performed vehicle maintenance such as refueling, oil changing, and another minor task.
Drove on weekends and evenings for special assignments.
Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
Pick up clients from the place and at the time they've requested.
Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage.
Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions.
Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
Answer clients' questions about the area and local places of interest.
Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
Safely transported principal to scheduled business appointments and social functions.
Provided shortest distance routes through interactive use of GPS navigational systems within the immediate
surrounding areas.
Performed diverse administrative tasks related to scheduling travel appointment for executive.
Coordinated principal's time-sensitive appointments with executive administrative assistant.
Prioritized and disseminated all travel arrangements of corporate executive with management staff.
Prepared, audited, and tracked travel and entertainment expense reports.
Proactively oversaw and monitored day-to-day and scheduled vehicle maintenance.
Maintained a clean and safe transportation environment for all passengers.
Handled all luggage, bags, and office essentials.
Ensured prompt servicing of vehicles. Approved vehicle maintenance.
