Description
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field
2. Must have a valid professions driver's license with 123 Restriction Code
3. Must be responsible, patient, trustworthy, courteous, punctual and knows how to follow instructions properly
4. Must be willing to work even on weekends, holidays and beyond office hours
5. Familiar with Iloilo City routes and Panay Area
6. 4 years or more experience in related field
7. Can do simple mechanic works/maintenance
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating with government offices in securing necessary permits and/or licenses
3. Drive vehicle for official travel and business and/or as requested by Management
4. Ensure punctuality and safe transport
5. Ensure vehicle is kept secure, clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times
6. Ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule
7. Performs basic maintenance check of the vehicle such as gasoline level check, oil level, brake and clutch fluid, air conditioning system, electrical system and tire pressure
8. Perform administrative support, messengerial, and other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
