COMPANY ACCOUNTING STAFF

Work Schedule: Full-time

Lake Macquarie MFG Ventures, a growing start-up in the meat industry, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and Company Accounting Staff to join our small and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger, inventory, and bank reconciliation
Full-function accounts receivable & payable (in close coordination with the Sales team)
Prepare semi-monthly payroll, including commissions
Coordinate with an external accounting firm on financial statements and government compliance (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, BIR, etc.)
Prepare monthly management reports
Perform other ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Knowledge of Xero accounting software (an advantage, but not essential)
Detail-oriented, professional, and friendly
Able to collaborate effectively with managers, staff, and external partners
Accounting graduate or graduating student.
