The Community Relations Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of activities in liaison, stakeholder relationship management, corporate branding and communication, and corporate social responsibility.
The responsibilities include:
Acquisition of lands for permanent and temporary facilities
Facilitation of project endorsement
Establishment and maintenance of linkages and/or cordial relationships between the company and the national/local governments and officials as well as private institutions and individuals
Implementation of MOA obligations, community assistance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects
Achievement and maintenance of stakeholder management targets and activities
Implementation of corporate branding and communication programs
Communication and protection of employer brand
This will be based in Luzon and/or Mindanao.
Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
With at least two (2) years of work experience related to community relations
With at least two (2) years of leadership experience
With experience in corporate communications
Willing to travel or to relocate to Luzon or Mindanao
Preferably with work experience in the power industry
Strong public relations and negotiation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Management and Consultancy Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 2 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
