Job Qualifications Graduate in any of the following courses: Community development, social work, psychology, or equivalent.
Experience in community organizing, preferably among farmers
Written and Oral Communication skills in English and Cebuano
Honest, transparent, and hardworking
Computer literate: excel, word, PowerPoint
Facilitate teamwork, study, and group discussion with farmers, farm workers, women, and youth
Advocate for natural or organic farming
Gender and cultural consciousness
Ability to adjust and adapt to different situations.
Lots of common sense
