Job Responsibilities:
in charge of the overall operation of the co-living property
marketing the co-living lifestyle to prospective residents
plan, organize & host community events
secure compliance of rules & regulations
create invaluable experience for residents
resolve problems and conflict quickly
property management
accounting management
Job Requirements:
jack of all trades
2+ years management experience in hospitality or customer management
charismatic, comfortable in multi-personality environment, hands-on & detailed
excellent communication skills, problem solving skills
preferably STAY-IN at the property
