We're in the market for an experienced Social Media Community Manager to be the principal Community Manager for our Muntinlupa Studio.
As the Social Media Community Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing operational management and growth of the social communities for the game Goblin Stone.
You will help develop and implement social media strategies and work with our dev team to build our social communities and establish and maintain the game's presence online.
Responsibilities Include (not limited to):
*Build, execute and maintain player messaging, content engagement strategies, and campaigns on Steam, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Discord.
*Stay up-to-date on digital technology, and social media trends with proactively highlighting opportunities for growth and engagement as the goal.
*Build data tracking on Google sheets to get the number of active players regularly.
*Work closely with the Producer to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution.
*Work with the QA team to track and manage game issues reported by players through Orc Chop Game's online platforms quickly and effectively.
*Act on behalf of our players and bring their voice into studio team meetings and discussions.
*Act on behalf of the team and be our voice to communicate with players and build a positive relationship with them.
*Organize events on our social media platforms to boost game awareness and grow our audience.
*Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.Create and post engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts and other online platforms of Orc Chop Games.
*Help QA with testing and bug finding during free time
Requirements:
*Has experience working as a Community Manager or Social Media coordination preferably within the games industry or a similar role (2+ years)
*Experience in putting together marketing assets: basic video editing, graphic design, etc.
*Familiar with Reddit, Discord, and Steam communities.Experience with planning/organizing community events
*Experience building presence on social media [Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube] with a proven track record
*Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities
*Effective time management and project management skills
*Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Bachelor's Degree in a similar field like Marketing or Communications
Plusses
*Basic knowledge of the game development cycle.
*Previous experience working in a game studio
